With primesign MOBILE Basic, you get your personal qualified primesign MOBILE signing certificate, issued and ready for use within minutes. With primesign MOBILE, documents are signed with an eIDAS-compliant qualified signature.
This product needs to be used with a primesign SIGNATURE SERVER or primesign ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT and requires a transaction package.
A qualified electronic signature is legally binding and, according to the European eIDAS regulation, legally equivalent to a handwritten signature.

VOUCHER primesign MOBILE Basic - your VOUCHER for the issuance of a primesign MOBILE signing certificate (qualified certificate according to eIDAS).
After purchase, you will receive your personal VOUCHER for primesign MOBILE by mail. The VOUCHER entitles to the one-time online issuance of a personal qualified primesign MOBILE signing certificate via video boarding or eID (e.g., German Identity Card, ID Austria/Austrian mobile phone signature). The issuance takes only a few minutes and can be started around the clock from the comfort of your home or office. Identification by video is available daily from 7 am to 10 pm CET.
NEW: You can now identify yourself even easier and faster using your existing eID (e.g., German Identity Card, ID Austria/Austrian mobile phone signature).
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Purchase your VOUCHER for the online issuance of the certificate.
Step 2: Visit our OnBoarding service and login with your VOUCHER CODE:
- Go to https://onboarding.prime-sign.com.
- Enter the unique CODE received upon purchase, click LOG IN, and fill in your registration data.
- After you have filled in your registration data, you will be asked to identify yourself. You can identify yourself either via video boarding or via eID (e.g., German Identity Card, ID Austria/Austrian mobile phone signature).
- Video identification:
- Have your passport ready and activate the webcam in your internet browser.
- You will be redirected to a short video session with one of our registration partners. In this video session, you will be identified based on your passport.
- After successful identification, set your login data for your primesign MOBILE account. You will then receive your qualified primesign MOBILE signing certificate.
Step 3: Sign your documents! The qualified signing certificate is immediately ready for use.
The primesign MOBILE signing certificate can be used with the following CSC-compliant (signing) applications, for example (alphabetical order; a license for the corresponding application is not included):
- Adobe Acrobat Sign
- Fabasoft
- primesign SIGNATURE SERVER
