When we talk about a Company Card, we are talking about a card for many to all areas of application in a company. This can be physical access, network logon, time recording or securing communication.

A multifunctional Company Card can (or should) be part of a dedicated Single Sign On Solution and/or a PKI for example a Microsoft-CA (certificate services) and thereby usable for Computer resp. Domain Logon , Application - and Web Logon , as well as Remote-, WLAN (802.11i) and also E-Mail-Security.

In addition there can be more flexible applications like time recording or access control covered. By all means the design of the Company Card should comply with the Corporate Identity. In this way the security awareness of the company or organisation is pointed up and is creating a security aware organisation culture.

Intercede MyID Intercede MyID is a card management system and leverages the existing Microsoft PKI. Big rollouts of card based company cards are no challenge anymore using Intercede MyID.
