RFID Reader

For establishing contact with contactless cards on their frequency special readers are needed. You can choose between readers which can contact only such cards, or a device which combines both card types - contact and contactless cards. The latter are often known as dual interface readers.

The newest drivers of those readers are PC/SC2 compliant, using contactless chipcards is much easier using PC/SC.
