The ASEDrive IIIe CL is Athena’s desktop contactless Smart Card Reader. The ASEDrive IIIe CL supports ISO 14443 Type A and B smart cards via PC/SC, and is USB 2.0 (Full speed) compliant

The ASEDrive IIIe CL Smart Card Reader is showing up well on every desk, because of its stylish flat design. In combination with the well known quality of Athena card readers (high speed support with ISO baud rate of 848 Kbps card communication) is best for solutions which has to work with contactless or dual-interface smart cards.

Flash Upgrade of the firmware is possible, so the reader is flexible and can be updated for future requirements.
