ACS ACR 88

The ACR 88 from Advanced Card Systems is a class 3/4 smart card reader with 2 card slots and 3 SAM plug-ins in one terminal, 20 keys pinpad, dotmatric LCT-display and a battery puffered real time clock. The firmware can be updated with a certain cable which is included in the ACR88 SDK For using the terminal offline you can put in 3 AAA batteries (micro).

This device is programmable via Scripts, so the ACR 88 is a terminal for almost all requirements.
