MyID offers a set of simple functions, helping to manage a smart card or token controlled environment efficiently.
MyID manages each aspect of your organisation's security, people, cards, certificates, as well as policy-based configuration and reports. Enrol. Issue. Revoke. Update. Maintain. MyID manages the entire lifecycle of smart device-based identities. Individual options are presented as 'workflow processes', which guide you through each step of your defined security procedures. Of course all functions are based on the role of the individual. Through a single easy-to-use web-based interface an organisation can graphically personalise smart cards, manage Java Open Platform applets and biometrics, perform key management (including HSM support), manage PKI certificates from multiple vendors and manage MIFARE (contactless) data anywhere it wants.
Depending on the security policies defined for your system, each process may require different levels of confirmation from yourself and designated witnesses. All operations are audited, so you can easily verify any changes made by yourself or others.

Issuing and Self Service |
MyID supports multiple device and credential issuing models including: Bureau (Large volume), Batch (Groups of users), Individual (face-to-face) and Self-Service. Giving the organization the freedom to pick and choose the most appropriate model for them. MyID can be configured according to specific rules and policies for issuing and managing IDs. There is little point defining a security policy if it cannot be enforced. MyID ensures that the organisation can define, record, enforce and audit their own policies.
Provides card holders with the ability to easily manage or update their devices, credentials and card-based applications including: update, PIN unblock and add.

Use of PKI - Certificates |
MyID supports multiple vendor PKI certificate authorities (CA) and enables you to connect and issue certificates from multiple authorities simultaneously.An unlimited number of card policies can be defined for use by groups of cardholders.

Audit Trail and Reporting |
All system activity is logged into a security audit database. Multiple reports can be defined, produced, viewed and printed using the integrated reporting tool. MyID ensures that authorised individuals can only carry out their functions.

MyID Toolkit |
The MyID Toolkit provides customers and partners with all the tools (APIs, documentation, training...etc.) necessary to integrate MyID with existing identity infrastructure including: Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), identity provisioning systems and other technologies.
