Exchange and Return Right |
As consumer, you may, according to austrian law § 5 and § 9 ECG (E-Commerce Act) und § 5e KSchG (consumer protection act), return all products purchased from us – except those products listed next point – within 14 days of receipt and without stating a reason. Please place sufficient postage on the package to avoid postage penalties. You must bear the shipping costs on the return of wares valued at totals of up to €250.00 (including 20% value-added tax) per package. We will assume the shipping costs for total return values that exceed this figure.

If you return damaged or used goods, an amount permitted by statute will be deducted. You can avoid this by simply inspecting the goods, just as you might do in a shop, and returning them without signs of wear and in the original packaging.

The following items are not returnable:
