You can pay comfortable with your VISA card - we are supporting also Verified by VISA. There are no extra charges for this payment.

Cash on Delivery |
For delivery by Mail in Austria there is also possible to pay by "Cash on Delivery". This is incurring COD-costs of € 4,50.

If you don't own a credit card - wo offer also payment by bank transfer in advance. We send the package when we receive the amount on our account For easier handling you should use the ordernumber, which you get at the end of the order workflow, as text.

For delivery to Non-EU-Countries we agree upon delivery and payment methods - we prefer credit card in this case. If you want an online-payment with credit card, we will send you a cryptoshop link for processing the online payment.

Customs and Value Added Tax |
Cryptoshop.com has to charge austrian VAT (20 %) except for customers in other countries.
Customers in an EU-Country
If you have a valid VIES VAT Number we charge NO value added tax. Credit card payments will be corrected by us, if the VIES Number is correct. If you don't habe a VIES VAT Number, we have to charge 20% austrian VAT. verrechnen. There is no customs.
Customers in other Countries
If you are in an other country we charge no VAT at all. But normally you have to pay your import tax for your country. Also there may be any customs duty.
For customers in countries, which have a customs treaty with the EU (for example switzerland), products with EU origin are duty-free.
